Courses in small groups(between 5 and 7 people) which allow you to learn all the art of haute pastry, in the best conditions.
The number of people is adapted to each workshop, for optimal production, and according to the difficulty of the desserts.

The “pluses” of our workshops:
- All workshops are participatory, you practice and participate in all stages of making recipes;
- The workshops take place in small groups (between 5 and 7 people max., between 3 and 4 for Exceptional courses) for better learning;
- You leave with your productions and printed recipes, for each workshop !
- The ratesare per person, and iinclude raw materials, equipment, apron, course, productions (and much more...)

GUARANTEED WORKSHOPS
Workshops are guaranteed from 3 participants. Otherwise, the workshop would be canceled, and registered students would have the opportunity to choose another workshop in the following 6 months.
For the conditions of cancellation or postponement of your course,

These are courses in small groups (between 5 and 7 people maximum, between 3 and 4 people for Exception courses).
The more the difficulty increases, the smaller the group, for optimal learning.
date problem?
The date of the group course does not suit you? No problem ! Choose the date of your choice for a private lesson at the Workshop!
Please note, it takes approximately 3 to 4 months to obtain a private lesson date.
