Pastry chef and teacher
After studying Art and Culture at the Sorbonne and the Ecole du Louvre, Anne worked for 10 years in communications / marketing / graphic design in the cultural sector, before retraining in pastry making.
She did her apprenticeship within the prestigious school, then obtained his diplomas as a pastry chef, chocolatier/confectioner.
She becomes a teacher trainer for Lenôtre schools, for amateur and/or professional clients, French and English.
In 2017, she decided to create her own pastry, chocolate and bakery school in the heart of Paris.
She teaches on a daily basis for amateur and professional audiences, and also trains future pastry chefs (adults undergoing career change).
Anne also teaches in the United States.
With friendliness, simplicity and passion, she is keen to pass on her know-how to make Haute patisserie accessible to all.

Nassira Samake
Pastry chef and teacher for Pâtisserie Privée
Passionate about pastry, Nassira decided to retrain in pastry a few years ago.
She then trained with Anne Wilmet to obtain her CAP Pastry Chef.
She joins the Pâtisserie Privée teaching team in 2021.
During the workshops, Nassira will pass on her know-how to you in good humor and simplicity, in order to give you all the tips for reproducing your favorite pastries at home in good conditions.
Nassira also travels for home lessons.
Aliénor Cohet
Pastry chef and teacher for Pâtisserie Privée
After studying criminology, Aliénor worked in an NGO before realizing when she passed her bar that she wanted to devote herself to her passion, baking.
She then prepares for her CAP which she obtains as a free candidate.
After working with chefs such as Johanna Le Pape or Pierre Chirac, Aliénor decides to opt for transmitting his knowledge through workshops.
Both in French and in English but above all in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

She will join the Pâtisserie Privée teaching team in 2023.
