Recipes made: Intense chocolate tartlet, chocolate caramel macaroons, royal chocolate finger and its mirror icing.
Techniques taught: Using a piping bag, successful macarooning, forming macarons of different shapes, making a ganache, rolling out and piping dough into a circle, making a chocolate mousse, a praline Feuilletine and a dacquoise, mastery of different cooking methods , and the mirror glazing technique to glaze a dessert.
Course limited to 7 people.
Wearing a mask is mandatory during class.
