A first step into the world of pastry! Get started!
Recipes made: Crispy apricot choux, pistachio macarons, raspberry almond tartlets.
Techniques taught: Use a piping bag, make a choux pastry and a cracker, make a successful macaroon, prepare macaroons, make a pistachio marzipan, a fruity custard and an almond cream.
Course limited to 7 people.
Wearing a mask is mandatory during class.
