Here are desserts that will delight your taste buds, all light and fruity flavors!
Recipes made: Pavlova with red fruits, lemon meringue tartlet with buckwheat praline, tarte tatin.
Techniques taught: making a meringue, whipped cream, darkening a shortcrust pastry, making a lemon cream and a homemade buckwheat praline, cooking a caramel and tatin potatoes, mastering the different cooking methods, and piping bag, assembling desserts and decorations.
Workshop limited to 6 people.
You leave with your production.
Wearing a mask is compulsory during classes.
