A first step into the world of pastry! Get started!

 

Recipes made: Crispy mango/lime choux, chouquettes, raspberry tartlet, pistachio macaroons.

 

Techniques taught: Using a piping bag, making choux pastry, forming choux buns of different sizes and different shapes, successful macarooning, forming macaroons of different shapes, making shortcrust pastry, making almond cream, mastery of different cooking methods.

 

Course limited to 8 people.

Wearing a mask is mandatory during class.
