Course objectives:
● make a homemade praline,
● cooking a caramel,
● make a macaronnage,
● make regular macaroons,
● cooking macaroons,
● garnish macaroons,
● make a thick and soft hazelnut biscuit,
● make a whipped ganache and serve it,
● make a choux pastry,
● learn to cook choux using guided cooking (circle)
● make a praline pastry cream,
● garnish with cabbages,
● know how to use a piping bag.
