4 hour workshop

Hours: 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.


The pastry class to offer, or to do as a couple, a unique opportunity to please and/or have fun in the kitchen!

Discover fresh, fruity, gourmet recipes that highlight red fruits: strawberries, raspberries, redcurrants, blackberries, etc., selected by your Chef, so that you're in a good mood!


Recipes made: raspberry macaroons, strawberry pistachio tartlets, “Love” (vanilla Bavarian, red fruit confit).


Techniques taught during the course: Making macaroons, piping macaroons using a piping bag, making jam, filling pie crust, making almond cream, making Bavarian cream, assembling desserts and flocking.


Workshop limited to 8 people.

Wearing a mask is mandatory during class.
