Recipes made: Crispy strawberry choux, apricot éclairs, Tahitian vanilla nuns, chouquettes.
Techniques taught during the course: making choux pastry and dressing choux buns of different shapes and sizes. Making a fruit and chocolate pastry cream, assembling the choux pastry and decorations.
Course limited to 8 people.
Wearing a mask is mandatory while making recipes.
