Discover the famous Hazelnut (which alone requires 6 hours of work, because here, we do everything from A to Z!) and the little new one "La Cabosse 100% cocoa"!
Many techniques on these 2 desserts, which will delight your taste buds and those around you.
The course is deliberately limited to 3 people, for better learning of recipes which can sometimes be a little complex.
Techniques in making each recipe (Hazelnut alone contains 6!),
assembly techniques,
and finally icing and decorating techniques.
In addition, YOU make the recipes, with my help obviously.
