The course is deliberately limited to 3 people, for better learning of recipes which can sometimes be a little complex.
Techniques in making each recipe (Hazelnut alone contains 6!),
assembly techniques,
and finally icing and decorating techniques.
In addition, YOU make the recipes, with my help obviously.
