The tarte tatin, the lemon meringue tart and the intense chocolate tart with its caramel-whipped ganache... pure indulgence!

 

Course objectives:

- press a pie crust into a mold,

- make a lemon curd,

- make and dress an Italian meringue,

- make a ganache,

- make an almond cream,

- make a whipped ganache,

- Make a salted butter caramel,

- use a piping bag to make decorations.

 

Course limited to 7 people.
