Recipes made: Snickers-style tartlet, chocolate macarons, chocolate praline choux, chocolate chouquettes.
Techniques taught: Using a piping bag, successful macaroning, forming macarons of different shapes, making a ganache, rolling out and piping dough into a circle, mastering the different cooking methods.
Course limited to 7 people.
