Discover the world of cake design in the company of Nassira (trained at the Paris School of Cake Design) with this French-style “layer cake”!
A tasty cake, delicious cream and salted butter caramel.
The plus: you leave with your production, decorated by you.
 
Recipes made: soft “molly cake” biscuit, vanilla mascarpone whipped cream, salted butter caramel.
 
Techniques taught during the course: assembling a layer cake, whipping a cream, cooking a caramel, knowing how to use a piping bag to garnish and decorate the dessert.
